  • Added Volume 22, August 2019 Newsletter to the News page.

  • I've just discovered that there is an issue when attempting to email a Shipmate via the Crew Roster page.  Not sure what the problem is, but I'm working on resolving it. You can still receive email if you forgot your password.  Not sure how many of you use the Crew Roster to contact shipmates anyway.
17 June, 2019
  • Sadly added BTC Edward Warren Curtis (7/83 - 8/88) to the Taps page
13 June, 2019
  • I've updated the 2020 Reunion page with the Hotel Reservations button.  You can now make your room reservation directly on-line.

  • I will be moving the Crew Forums to the latest version of the software this coming Sunday, 26 May, 2019.  This is from Simple Machines and will be version SMF 2.1 RC2 (RC = Release Candidate).  I have been testing this new version for quite some time and as far as I can tell, it works fine, at least for what I/we use it for.  Once I've done the move, as always, if you have problems or issues, please let me know ASAP.

  • I have had to upgrade the PHP version on my server from 5.6 to 7.1, as version 5.6 has been deprecated and is no longer supported, unless I want to pay a monthly fee, which I'm not prepared to do.  If you're interested in what the effect of PHP is on the site, you can go here to read all about it.

  • In an attempt to make the newsletter more adaptable to the Non-US/British MMD shipmates, I have translated (I hope) the latest newsletter into German, Greek, Italian, The Netherlands, and Turkish.  Let me know if you are a Non-US/British shipmate if there errors in your particular translation.  I used MS Word translator so not sure how well things translated.
