MMD Crew Special Announcement
Mr. Gordon E. Hogg, Special Collections, University of Kentucky Libraries, was doing research for a book about the Mixed Manning Demonstration (MMD). However, with the implementation of the budget sequestration in 2013, Gordon's funding was cut and he has decided to put his book "on the shelf" for the time being. As a result, Gordon has decided not to attend the upcoming reunion in Washington, D.C. I was going to remove this form, but Gordon thought it would be a good idea to leave it for those shipmates who were members of the MMD to fill out if they desired. The results will still go to Gordon (and myself) so they won't be lost.
